-PET polyethylene terephthalate: It can produce carcinogens after ten months of use. This type of plastic material has a high probability of being discarded after use and is usually used as mineral water bottles, milk bottles, etc. Not suitable for storing water that is too cold or too hot, as it can easily precipitate carcinogenic substance DEHP
-HDPE (High Density Polyethylene): Not easy to clean, prone to bacterial growth, not recommended for repeated use. Usually, cosmetic bottles and shower gel plastic packaging bottles belong to this material.
-PVC (polyvinyl chloride): It is prone to release harmful substances when exposed to high temperatures and oils, and is commonly used in raincoats, plastic toys, building materials, etc.
-LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene): Harmful substances are easily produced at high temperatures, and plastic bags, cling films, and other materials commonly used in daily life are made of this material. Wrapping food in plastic wrap and heating it can easily dissolve harmful substances in the presence of oil.
-PP (polypropylene): the only material that can be used for microwave heating, a very healthy material. After careful cleaning, it can be reused, but generally the lid of microwave plastic boxes is not made of PP material, so it is recommended to remove the lid when heating.
-PS (polystyrene): heat-resistant and cold resistant, it is the material used to manufacture bowl shaped instant noodle boxes and foam fast food boxes. We cannot put it in the microwave as it may produce chemicals due to high temperature. Therefore, we need to reduce the use of fast food boxes to package hot food.
-AB (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Baijiu Cool Pad Diene): cannot be used for food packaging, but before 2008, code 7 mainly referred to all plastics except for 1-6. The plastic label for plastic bottles and water dispensers is usually '7'.
